E-X-P-O-S-E-D!!! INEC Registered 6.1 Million Under-Aged Votered To Please The North.

Although this is already in public domain, over 6.1 Million under-aged voters were deliberately registered in 10 Northern states by the embattled INEC chairman, Prof Attahiru Jega to please the Northern politicians that mounted pressure on him after the 2011 election.

In contrast, INEC used strict rules in the South to ensure that kids were not registered for the 2015 election and turned blind eyes as Children were paid a token to go and register.
Whatever the issue may be, have anyone had the dubious INEC chairman addressing the issue of these intentionally registered 6.1million kid voters and his efforts to expunge them off INEC list?
