In about five minutes, Chief Femi Fani Kayode talks about the “Real Buhari” and how a mysterious suicide committed by his in-law saved the supposedly incorruptible General from going to jail.
Most Nigerian youths are possibly too young to have understood the man Buhari and why it’s impossible for him to be any better or to be considered as an agent of positive change.
What justification would a man that used the gun to take over the seat of power from an elected executive, have to ask the same Nigerians 30 years later to vote him to power? Does it make sense? He wants power from the electorate he had so much disdain for? He never cared how they fared or felt. People he never cared if their fathers cried at the wipe and stripes of the soldiers. A people he considers as good as dogs and baboon to him?
In a rational society, A certificateless General Buhari should remain a perpetual embarrassment, and should not even be seen in the public, let alone be considered to hold any political office. So why would some of the people talk about change in the Buhari direction? Anyway, FFK could not have simplified it any better. Watch and make your deductions about the Man called Buhari.
