   Sambo speaking during the presidential campaign of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Bayelsa, Sambo said, ''The leadership of APC is full of Chicago and Toronto certificate holders. Nigerians don’t want people who will parade Chicago and Toronto certificates,” he stated.
   
   ''Mr. President has not failed Nigerians. He has transformed Nigeria, making it the largest economy in Africa. Transforming Nigeria is not by accident. He is educated and we need education.
