BUHARI-CERTIFICATE-GATE:Section 137 subsection j (1) of Nigeria constitution (As Amended)

Section 137 subsection j (1) of Nigeria constitution (As Amended)
A person shall not be qualified for election to tђe office of President if... "He has presented a forged certificate to tђe Independent National Electoral Commission".
I expected Buhari to be disqualify wΐ†ђ immediate effect now, not only for perjury but for even swearing an affidavit oath wΐ†ђ an assumption.
